Frequently Asked Questions
Here a few of the questions we get all the time. If you have a question that has not been covered here, please use the Contact Us button below and we’ll respond ASAP.
Is it possible to change my date?
Unfortunately, once your date is booked there is no way to change it. For the most part, we do take full payment prior to starting your order. If no full payment is received, you will not be placed on our calendar. I will begin planning / working on your order immediately and will block off those dates in my calendar upon payment receipt.

How does the billing process work?
We use My Custom Bakes, a website designed for bakery businesses. You will get timely updates when your order is in progress as well as reminder emails when payment is due.
Why are these cookies so expensive?
There are countless steps to take as we get ready to make you the cookies of your dreams. Pricing includes planning your cookie designs, purchasing or making cookie cutters, baking cookies, coloring icing, decorating, and packaging your cookies. This process can take days to complete. We appreciate your understanding!
How big are these cookies?
All cookies are approximately 3-4″ in length and 8 mm thick unless otherwise noted / discussed upon order.
What is a “basic” vs a “detailed” design?
Basic decorated cookies usually require 1-2 colors of icing and a very simple design. Detailed decorated cookies usually take more than 3 colors of icing, have more intricate / personalized designs, and may include additional techniques such as airbrushing, layering, basic floral accents, etc. Most decorated sugar cookies are considered “detailed.”
