Custom Cookies: How It Works
Custom Cookie Requests are currently being accepted for June and July 2025. You can submit an inquiry using the form on the Contact Us page. Prior to submitting an inquiry, please review this page as well as our Menu & Pricing page for helpful information.
I do require creative freedom for any custom orders I create, which just means I will not copy your inspiration photos and will not copy anyone else’s work. I am confident I can make your vision come to life – all you have to do is provide me with some things to get started! What things, you ask? Think invitations, color schemes, event details, decor, etc.
ALL cookies will be individually heat sealed in cellophane bags. This is to preserve freshness and maintain sanitation as they leave my kitchen. You may unpack them if you wish upon pickup, however I would recommend keeping them sealed so they last longer! When kept in their heat sealed packaging, cookies last on average two weeks at room temperature and up to 3 months when frozen in an air-tight container.
Deposits, Payments & Taxes
- The date of the event is considered “booked” upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT. Your order will NOT be confirmed, put on my calendar, or worked on until full payment is received.
- If the Client fails to make payments, Loaf & Lion Bakery will cease work, the order will be cancelled, and no refund will be given.
- Clients are responsible for all taxes (included in cost of goods)
- Rush orders (any order placed less than two weeks out from your event) MAY be accepted depending on availability. A $20 per dozen rush fee will be added to your order total. Making your cookies is a labor of love, so let’s respect each other’s time!

- We understand that taste is subjective. We work with our customers to determine which products they should choose based on the information we are given. Because of this, we do not offer any partial or full refunds based on personal taste preferences.
